Hi Amy,
I was just pondering whether or not to buy a bistro set just like the blue one. Another booth owner has a set painted white and it's $60. for the table and two chairs. Now, after seeing yours, I'm convinced I should buy it and put it in my booth for more!!

Oh, Yes! I love what you did with the chair. I have used Krylon Satin Nickel many times. The sassy pillow is the perfect finishing touch. Very glam, indeed.

Oh la la! Tres chic Miss Amy. I use the Krylon satin Champagne Nouveau on lots of things, I will have to try the Brushed Nickel next time.
Also, I have been meaning to ask about the pink mirror in your header, did you paint it yourself and if so what color and by whom? I am lusting over it!

That looks fabulous, just amazing!
The pink mirror color is Valspar paint (Lowes) Reflecting Rose. I added rustic brown wax over that to age it, (otherwise it was bright pink), but you could glaze it, and then I painted the highlights with Folk Art metallic champagne craft paint.
I need to go to Kmart and get those chairs.. I love the pillow....so bling bling !!!

I LOVE YOU, AMY!!! I have been searching for affordable bistro chairs for months. I've been outbid on Ebay nearly every single time. And, I wanted turquoise! I've decided to accent with pops of turquoise (can you believe it?) after falling in love with a turquoise table in Flea Market Style and receiving a sample of Provence chalk paint. I am ordering one right now if I can get it online! Thank you!!!! I love the finish you've given it. If you read tonight's post, I'd love for you to link this up on Saturday. If I change my mind on turquoise, this is a lovely option.

That glam pillow gets lots of comments! I found it last year at a TJMaxx n' More store, which is kind of like a Home Goods with clothes.

Really pretty. I have two bistro chairs that I bought in Paris when we lived there...they were on the balcony. I have them on my little balcony here in Calif. and I have good memories every time I look at them...plus you are right--great for extra seating.

The chair looks great. I love how interesting the simple sharp lines of the chair contrast to the softness of the surroundings. The color you painted it makes it look elegant and adding the jewelled pillow was the perfect touch.
