We finally found a flocked tree like I've wanted for quite a while, so I set it up and am loving it! The only ornaments that are on it are the new French pieces I recently found. I will finish decorating Thanksgiving week. I enjoyed your post, Amy. However, because we are having the mother of all warm spells I am going to put my outside lights up this week-I just won't light them until after Thanksgiving.

Can't wait to see you place all done up!! I have decorated themed trees in my house since the mid 90's, I had at least three maybe four! How I had the time, I don't know with four kids. Also, my husband was the family heirloom, home made ornament kinda guy. So, I would occasionally oblige. My Christmas decorating has been up before Thanksgiving for about five years now and I totally prefer it. I have much more time in December for the fun stuff, baking, watching Christmas movies and wrapping gifts.
Have a wonderful time!
Cathy
Cchapmandesignshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17114242701077660156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-214749393367392928.post-68793566254690949462016-11-13T01:37:49.993-05:002016-11-13T01:37:49.993-05:00Who says you can't be cheery and set up before...Who says you can't be cheery and set up before Thanksgiving,ha ha !
