The decorating is in the details, as they say~
I spent the first part of the day setting up these
details in my clients new home.
Here are some of the pretty details that were added~
An old looking french clock
Tattered books on the vintage lobster trap coffee table
Taupe and cream toile european down pillows
and a sweet Rachel Ashwell style ruffled round in smokey lavender~
Candle pillars in an aged zinc finish and metal rosettes with a touch of crystal
woven all together to create a french cottage vibe~
Note: All of these items were purchased at TJMaxx~
a great resource for decorators and homeowners alike!
Beautifulness!!

ReplyDeleteThe Marie Antoinette taupe and cream quilt you asked about came from a nice little shop right here on the Island called Second Glance.I also bought the valance and a pillow to match it.I am not sure where she does her buying but I remember when I bought it she said she could order more pillows for me if I wanted so I could check with her if you like but it was a couple of years ago since I bought it.
Take care,
Carolyn
