Wallpaper Giveaway

I am totally, insanely in love with this damask wallpaper.
 Wall paper is back in a big way.
 So, I am having a giveaway celebrating my 600 followers mark!
Do you remember how I found this lovely wallpaper on eBay?
One double roll was all it took to transform my cabinet.
My china cabinet with wallpapered interior.
This was all done with one double roll of wallpaper for less than $30!
I had so much fun I quickly found another wallpaper project.
 I purchased some faux tin ceiling wallpaper and did my laundry room over.
My readers went over to D.Marie's and bought out
 the entire stock of this wallpaper after seeing how this turned out.
Both the tin and the french classical papers came from
I sent them a link to my blog to show off my projects and they loved what they saw.
I asked if they would like to sponsor a giveaway on my blog~
and the answer was yes!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The people behind the company:
Betsy, the owner, and Shannyn, her part time employee run this
neat company out in Washington near the Cascade Mountains.
Betsy's wallpaper warehouse is nestled in the foothills
 of the mountains on her gorgeous property.
She bought this company when her girlfriend decided to sell.
Betsy thought it sounded like fun, and took over the now blossoming company.
Betsy has a horse and two dogs, along with a  hubs, and two grown kids.
She is an accomplished quilter who now devotes her time to running this business.
Shannyn came on board to help Betsy out.
 She is a young mom of 4 kids
who loves color and pattern and helping people decorate....
when she is not at the helm of family life which involves
 taking her 3 sons to baseball games and junior rodeo events,
 and doing mother-daughter things to balance
out the heavy testosterone ratio in the family!
I loved finding out who is really behind the scenes of this company.
These two women are like so many of us in blogland,
balancing business and family life.
The ceiling BEFORE
The ceiling AFTER
It only took one double roll of wallpaper at the cost of $27
to give my laundry room a million dollar look.
What inspiring things can you do with wallpaper?
The giveaway is a $40 credit to buy any wallpaper you want at
  3. Since I'm in a rental right now, no wallpapering on the walls but I'd love to do a cabinet or maybe inside an antique dresser.
  4. I went and looked and that is some fabulous wall paper at incredible prices! Since I redo tons of furniture to sell, I often line the drawers and backs of book cases, nights stands etc in wallpaper, so if I won I would get a roll of vintage inspired paper
  21. I love the Ralph Lauren cream victorian damask - maybe in my office/craft room.
    Thanks for the great giveaway!
  22. I love that lavender damask wallpaper in the first photo. I thought that tin look ceiling wallpaper was the textured kind and then you antiqued it. It really is faux - all the way. I'd like to wallpaper a ceiling or the back of my open kitchen cabinet or maybe a wall in my dining room...yes...I think that's the ticket!
  24. In my bedroom I want to frame a piece of wallpaper or poster with foam boards to create a picture. I feel this would be safer than a real picture where I live since we have earthquakes. I love this pattern: Bird Rose French Cottage Floral Victorian Wallpaper. I would also like wallpaper for a "backsplash" in my kitchen with a European/Tuscan theme. The wallpaper they carry is so gorgeous!
  34. This is exactly what I have been looking for my kitchen. We had a leak last year and had to cut a hole in the ceiling. I didn't do a stellar job patching that spot and I was thinking about wallpaper to cover my mistakes. This would be incredible! I am a new follower! Love your blog!
  35. I would totally copy your bathroom ceiling, except i have that awful textured stuff on my ceiling... aaargh..
    I might do a bathroom, or maybe the inside of a buffet/server thingy I'm making over. Your wallpaper projects are such an inspiration to do something fun with the beautiful wallpapers!
  39. ooh, I'm in! I'm in! As soon as my roommates moved out of my house last summer, I got busy hanging wallpaper where ever I could! Here's what I'd do with the next wallpaper project: line the drawers and cupboards built in under the eaves of my 2nd floor. The paneled room is being painted white but I want people to be pleasantly surprised when they open the doors and drawers to find them lined in pretty paper too!
  53. The cost to replace the tin ceiling in our vintage farmhouse was prohibitive. It was like "tin ceiling or education for the children?" We decided on smart children - but barely. ;)
    I used a similar wallpaper throughout our home and have gotten RAVE reviews since. Love it. Looks fabulous in your home!
  54. Oh and I don't know right now what I'd do up, but I think the inside of a cupboard sounds fun.
  58. Dear Amy,
    The lovely lilac damask is not a wallpaper it is a stencil. It is designed and sold by www.stencil-library.com and www.stencil-library.co.uk the photograph came from Easy Living magazine. It is a fabulous photo and an easy mistake to make, many images of our stencil designs are credited as wallpaper. A stencil project such as the one in the picture would only take a couple of hours and can give the look of wallpaper in areas where it may not be practicle to use it. Another good point about the stencilled pattern is that one can chose to apply any colour on earth.
